ku9v Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ku9v platform and all its services. By accessing the ku9v website or using any of its services, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms.

ku9v operates a safe and reliable online betting and casino platform for players in Bangladesh. The platform includes cricket betting, slot games, live casino, fishing games and other gaming services.

ku9v reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect once published on the platform, and continued use of the platform by the user will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

The ku9v platform is for persons aged 21 and above only. Registration or use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.

2.2 Registration Process

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be cancelled.

• Providing your correct name, mobile number and email address is mandatory.
• The information provided during registration will be used during identity verification.
• Providing incorrect or false information may result in the account being closed at any time.
• After registration, keeping your password confidential is entirely your responsibility.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

ku9v may request a National ID (NID), passport or other government-issued documents for identity verification when required. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until KYC is completed.

3.1 Account Security

Keep your ku9v account login details completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the support team immediately.

3.2 Account Currency

ku9v accounts operate in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). All transactions, bonuses and winnings will be displayed in Taka.

3.3 Account Inactivity

ku9v may apply an administrative fee to accounts that remain inactive for an extended period. Contact support for more details on inactivity.

4.1 Deposit Rules

Deposits on the ku9v platform can currently be made via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum limit, however identity verification may be required for large transactions.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking number used to make the deposit.

• A sufficient verified balance must be available in the account before withdrawal.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable — wagering requirements must be completed first.
• In cases of suspicious activity, withdrawals may be temporarily delayed for verification.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.

4.3 Transaction Cancellation

Funds once deposited cannot be cancelled. A withdrawal request may be cancellable within a specific window before processing begins. Contact live chat for details.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ku9v offers new members a 120% first deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. To receive this bonus, a minimum first deposit of ৳500 is required.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within a set timeframe. Only bets placed on eligible games will count toward wagering. Bets on certain games may contribute less or nothing toward wagering calculations.

• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash.
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time — the next one activates after the current one is completed.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, ku9v reserves the right to investigate.

5.3 VIP Program

The ku9v VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Moving to a higher tier increases the weekly cashback rate. Bronze tier offers up to 0.2% weekly cashback, Silver 0.4%, Gold 0.6%, Platinum 0.8% and Diamond 1.0%.

6.1 Betting Rules

Live and pre-match betting on cricket, football and other sports is available on the ku9v platform. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

• ku9v reserves the right to change odds at any time.
• Bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be cancelled.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the settlement of related bets will follow the applicable rules.
• Official or league data is final for score and result verification.

6.2 Casino and Slot Games

Casino games and slot games are operated entirely by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Regular audits are conducted to ensure fair play.

6.3 Game Errors

Winnings obtained due to a software error or technical fault will be considered void. ku9v bears no responsibility for paying out any bet or potential winnings in such cases.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ku9v platform:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing bonuses or gaining an advantage through manipulation.
• Money laundering or transacting with illegally obtained funds.
• Using another person's account or selling an account to a third party.
• Operating games using bots, automation software or artificial means.
• Colluding or match-fixing with other users when placing bets.
• Attempting to deceive or threaten ku9v staff.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.

8.1 Service Availability

ku9v endeavors to provide uninterrupted service, however the service may be temporarily disrupted due to maintenance, technical issues or other reasons. ku9v will not be held responsible for such disruptions.

8.2 Third-Party Software

Game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, etc.) operate as third parties. ku9v bears limited responsibility for any issues with their software or services.

8.3 Liability Cap

ku9v's liability will in no case exceed the amount deposited by the user in that specific transaction. ku9v is not liable in any way for indirect, incidental or special damages.

9.1 Closure by ku9v

ku9v may close or suspend any account without prior notice in cases of Terms violations, suspicious activity or to comply with applicable laws.

9.2 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw your remaining balance before closing your account. Account closure requests can be made via live chat or by email at [email protected].

9.3 Effect of Suspension

While an account is suspended, no transactions, bets or games can take place. A decision regarding funds will be made once the investigation is complete.

ku9v uses SSL encryption and modern security technology to protect your personal information. Your data will never be sold or transferred to third parties, however information may need to be provided to authorities under legal obligations.
